The coating cures in just a few minutes, significantly reducing your processing time. This ensures a smooth and flexible production flow in which your components are quickly ready for shipping.

TECHNOLOGY

UV curing
down to 80° C

This new powder coating system is ideal for heat-sensitive materials such as MDF, engineered wood-based products, plastic composites and recycled wood. Traditional powder coating is cured at 150-230° C. Using this new technology, the process temperature is reduced to 80° C, allowing a wide range of new applications.
